Job brief
We are looking for a skilled Network Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot company network systems. The candidate will monitor network performance, resolve connectivity issues and ensure secure communication across systems.

An excellent Network Support Specialist must have strong knowledge of networking technologies and be able to diagnose problems quickly. They must also communicate effectively with users to explain solutions clearly.

The goal is to ensure stable and secure network operations that support business productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a network support specialist or similar role
• Good understanding of LAN, WAN and networking protocols
• Experience with routers, switches and firewall systems
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Proficiency in English
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
